Menu for 4/21/14-4/27/14

Happy Easter everyone!

Bailey has thoroughly enjoyed her Easter. Friday my bestest friend scooped us up and took us out for a nice Easter lunch (McAlister's Deli, yummm!) and some last minute Easter shopping.

Playing in the mirror at lunch.

My best friend (Bailey's Aunt Anna) always gets Bailey gifts for every holiday. She makes up a giant Easter basket for her every year with plastic eggs full of candy and snacks, toys, coloring books and crayons, and lots of cute clothes.

New shirt, skirt, and shoes.

This year Bailey got a Tinkerbell coloring book and the Crayola rainbow edition crayons, some Starburst jellybeans (her favorite candy besides Skittles), goldfish crackers, and the most adorable teeny tiny bunny shaped "chocolate chips" (I think they're Cadbury). The best part for me is the clothes because Aunt Anna has really great taste in clothes. She even bought her an Easter dress complete with white patent leather shoes and lacy socks. I didn't get a picture of it but trust me, it looked beautiful on her.

Unfortunately, last week Bailey and I were both sick. I thought it was allergies at first because the pollen count here was through the roof, but then Bailey caught it from me. I know how miserable I was on Monday and Tuesday and by Thursday evening when it was really obvious she was sick I felt so bad for her. Friday night after a long day out with Aunt Anna, Bailey fell asleep on my shoulder in the middle of dinner. You can see the piece of cheese still in her hand and her poor little red nose from all the wiping.

My computer is slowly crashing. About a year and a half ago the CD drive went out. I don't use it often and it hasn't really bothered me, but this week my SD card reader died. I spent half an hour Friday night trying to get it to work. Finally I had to ask Aaron to transfer the pictures from my Canon to his computer and put them on a flash drive so I could put them on my computer. This throws a tiny wrench in my blogging since I use that Canon to do all of the photographs for the blog. Luckily I don't think Aaron minds helping me out.
