Menu for 4/29/13-5/5/13

What an awesome weekend!  Spent a night in NC and got to see Celtic Woman live, lil' P had his first birthday party (where Bailey ate her weight in fruit), and Aaron had his first experience being alone with Bailey overnight.  Needless to say, I am worn out!

Good thing this is going to be an easy week.  Dinners are fairly simple and we don't have plans except for a checkup with the pediatrician on Friday.  I plan on relaxing and playing hide and seek with Bailey all week.  Maybe I'll spend a little time looking for a cake recipe for my birthday next week, but nothing more difficult than that.

So here is what I will be cooking this week.

Monday:
Breakfast- yogurt and cheerios
Lunch- confetti macaroni and cheese
Dinner- chicken Parmesan sandwiches and french fries

Tuesday:
Breakfast- oatmeal with bananas and strawberries
Lunch- Nana will provide lunch
Dinner- Yaya will provide dinner

Wednesday:
Breakfast- sugar doughnut muffins
Lunch- grilled ham and cheese sandwiches
Dinner- pizza baked spaghetti with garlic toast

Thursday:
Breakfast- yogurt and bananas
Lunch- leftover spaghetti
Dinner- buffalo chicken pasta bake

Friday:
Breakfast- ham and cheese eggs and toast
Lunch- leftover buffalo chicken pasta
Dinner- beef stew with honey yeast rolls

Saturday:
Breakfast- sausage, gravy, biscuits, and eggs
Lunch- leftover beef stew
Dinner- hamburgers with french fries and macaroni and cheese

Sunday:
Breakfast- homemade raised yeast doughnuts and bacon
Lunch- grilled cheese sandwiches
Dinner- Admiral will provide dinner

Have a great week everybody!
