Menu for 4/1/13-4/7/13

How was your Easter?

Mine was great!  Exhausting, but great.  Bailey got to wear her beautiful new dress with her adorable little sweater.  We went to Nana's house for lunch and ate fried chicken tenders and ham and chocolate brownie parfait (someone in my family calls it chocolate lush stuff) and then we went out to Grandmother and Papaw's house for dinner.

Before I reveal the menu for this week I would like to say a special thanks to my reader from Germany.  I don't know who you are but you double my weekly views every Sunday night.  Thanks for your interest.

Our new recipe this week is a crock pot recipe.  It's Italian seasoned chicken with carrots and red potatoes. I think I'll cook some green beans and bread to go with it.  It should be something like pot roast but made with chicken.  I'm excited to try it!
